Licensing, Architecture and Engineering Construction design for the amendment of a single-family house into a 3 storey boutique hotel, in Tabuaço, with a total intervention area of 1.040 sq. meters.

The project aimed at converting the existing residential building to be used for tourism, with 11 rooms, reception, living room, pantry, bar and restrooms on both the groundfloor and -1. On floor -2, only the existing walls were recovered, maintaining their original configuration. The position of the rooms on the upper floors and the subdivision of the existing terrace into private working areas intended to preserve and improve the ties with the landscape, thus allowing to admire the beauty of the Douro and its Vineyards.
