The Telecommunication infrastructure in buildings has had an increasingly importance once it ensures access to current and future information and communication services in a simple, effective and reliable way, being mandatory by the licensing entities.
The provisions of Decree-Law no. 123/2009, of May 21st, in compliance with the Decree-Law no. 92/2017, of July 31st, set the guidelines for the build of electronic communications networks, the installation of electronic communications networks and the construction of telecommunications infrastructures in urban allotments, sets of buildings and individual buildings.
